The Challenge

The Restructuring
Following a finance leadership exit, I assumed full operational ownership of the billing function to execute a complete turnaround. I didn’t just “patch” the code; I re-architected the entire Translation Layer between technical delivery and commercial billing.
- Quote-to-Cash Audit: Executed a systematic re-engineering of the entire pipeline across Sales, Operations, and Finance.
- CPQ Implementation: Led the selection and deployment of the company’s first Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) system, alongside a major overhaul of the product catalogue.
- Cross-Functional Governance: Designed and implemented a collaborative process and exception-handling framework, uniting historically siloed departments to stabilise operations.
