Do you build the software or execute the code?

In general, no. NERV operates at the leadership layer. However in implementing strategies, NERV may at certain points intervene in refactoring, review code or establish new baseline configurations to ensure alignment with those strategies. NERV provides expertise and guidance for Software Development teams, but does not operate as a contract Software Developer.

What is the minimum engagement structure?

Systemic turnarounds and architectural pivots require sustained leverage. Engagements are structured as monthly retainers with a minimum 90-day commitment to ensure we achieve measurable operational stability and strategic alignment. Targeted Diagnostic Audits are available for specific platform triage and root-cause analysis.

How do you handle confidentiality and competitive IP?

NERV operates strictly above board. I am bound by stringent, evergreen confidentiality agreements from previous Executive exits. I do not cross-pollinate trade secrets, client lists, or proprietary source code. Your IP will always be yours and will be protected. I bring cross-industry architectural frameworks to your business, not your competitors' IP.
